Damaged or Defective Item? We’re Here to Help

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@ishcosmetics.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

We will review your request and work with you to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible. This may include a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.


Right of Withdrawal (Returns Policy)

At ISH Cosmetics, we comply with EU consumer law. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

However, please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may be excluded from returns once opened. These include sealed skincare products that are unsealed after delivery.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
  • Hygiene seals (if applicable) must not be broken
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, size, or variant, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund (if eligible).


Return Process

1. Request a Return
Contact us at info@ishcosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Approval
Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address or label.

3. Pack Your Items
Carefully package the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transport.

4. Ship Your Return
Send your return using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your proof of shipment, as ISH Cosmetics is not responsible for lost return packages.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect

If a return does not meet the conditions, we may refuse the refund and the item will be sent back to you.


Important Notes

  • Returned items that are used, opened, or not in original condition cannot be refunded
  • ISH Cosmetics is not responsible for lost return shipments
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns
